Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account details — your name, email and login credentials.
• Content you create — the forms you build and their settings.
• Submissions — the responses your forms collect (see below).
• Usage & technical data — basic logs, device and browser info to keep things secure and working.
• Billing details — handled by our payment providers; we don't store full card numbers.

We use this data to provide and secure the service, deliver your form submissions, process payments, respond to support requests, and send essential account and service messages. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your form content to build profiles about you.

When someone fills out one of your forms, the form owner — you — is the controller of that data. OneForm processes it on your behalf and stores it so you can access it. You're responsible for telling your respondents what you collect and why, and for having a lawful basis to collect it. Respondents who want their data changed or removed should contact the form owner; we'll help owners act on those requests.

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run OneForm. Each only receives the data needed for its job:

• Supabase — database, authentication and storage for your account, forms and submissions.
• Payment providers — process subscriptions and payments securely.
• Integration providers you enable — such as Google Sheets, Slack, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Zapier or n8n. Data flows to these only when you turn on the integration.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete forms and submissions at any time. If you close your account, we remove your data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to keep certain records (for example billing) to meet legal obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can do much of this from your account settings, or email support@pixelperfect.co.in and we'll help. We won't charge you for exercising these rights.

We use cookies that are necessary to sign you in and keep your session secure, plus a small amount of privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the product is used. We don't use cookies to sell your data or run third-party ad tracking.
