Terms of service

By creating an account or using OneForm, you agree to these terms. If you're using OneForm on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

OneForm lets you build forms, surveys and quizzes, collect responses, and route them to your tools. You may use it for any lawful purpose within the limits of your plan. We may improve, change or occasionally interrupt the service for maintenance; we'll aim to keep disruption minimal.

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Keep the contact details on your account accurate so we can reach you about important changes.

Please don't use OneForm to:

• collect data unlawfully or without the consent your local laws require;
• send spam, phishing, or deceptive forms, or impersonate others;
• upload malware, or attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service;
• host content that is illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these rules, usually after a heads-up where we reasonably can.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment providers. Fees are shown before you subscribe. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period; we don't provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods unless the law requires it. If a payment fails, we may pause paid features until it's resolved.

You own the forms you build and the responses you collect. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host and process that data so the service works — for example storing submissions and delivering them to integrations you've enabled. We don't sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

OneForm is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change, we'll let you know by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use OneForm after a change means you accept the updated terms.
