TABLE OF CONTENTSJUMP TO A MODULE
01DASHBOARD OVERVIEW

Dashboard overview

Your landing page after sign-in: total forms, submissions this month, average conversion rate, and a real 30-day submissions trend, plus quick actions and your recent forms.

How to use it

  1. 1Sign in and you land on Overview automatically — no setup needed.
  2. 2Use Quick Actions to jump straight into creating a new form or opening the builder.
  3. 3The metrics cards are computed from your real data — the submissions trend compares the last 30 days to the 30 before that.
  4. 4Note: the views trend shows as flat/unavailable — OneForm doesn't keep historical per-day view counts yet, so only submissions get a trend.
02FORMS & THE FORM BUILDER

Forms & the form builder

Create a form from scratch or a template, then build it out with a drag-and-drop field editor — 18 field types, live preview, and per-field settings.

How to use it

  1. 1From Forms, click New Form and give it a name, or start from a template (see Templates below).
  2. 2In the builder, add fields from the Fields tab: text, email, phone, number, textarea, dropdown, radio, checkbox, file upload, date, time, url, rating, address, image display, signature, ranking and NPS are all available.
  3. 3Drag the handle on any field to reorder it; click a field to edit its label, placeholder, required state and validation (length, pattern, min/max, file size/type).
  4. 4Toggle the desktop/mobile preview icons to check the layout before you publish.
  5. 5Click Save, then Publish — a draft form isn't reachable at its public link until it's published.

03TEMPLATES

Templates

A curated gallery of ready-made forms (surveys, quizzes, feedback, lead capture and more) so you don't start from a blank page.

How to use it

  1. 1Open Forms → Templates (or the Templates card from Quick Actions).
  2. 2Pick a template — OneForm creates a new form for you and pre-fills its fields, success message and submit button text automatically.
  3. 3You're dropped straight into the builder for that new form to customize anything before publishing.
04SHARING, QR CODES & EMBEDS

Sharing, QR codes & embeds

Every published form gets a trackable public link, a downloadable QR code, one-click social sharing and an embed snippet.

How to use it

  1. 1Open a form in the builder and click Share to open the share panel.
  2. 2QR Code tab — pick a size (200–512px) and format (PNG or SVG), optionally turn on UTM tracking, then download.
  3. 3Social tab — write a custom message and share straight to Twitter/X, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp or email with the tracked link pre-filled.
  4. 4Link tab — copy the tracked public URL directly.
  5. 5Embed tab — copy an iframe snippet to drop the form into your own site (the form must be published first).
05SUBMISSIONS

Submissions

Every response lands here in real time, with search and export — the operational home for the data your forms collect.

How to use it

  1. 1Go to Submissions and choose the form you want to browse (or open a form's own Submissions tab).
  2. 2Use the search box to filter across every field's answers.
  3. 3Click Export to Excel or Export to CSV — exports always include every submission that matches your current search, not just what's on screen, and file-field answers export as clickable URLs.
  4. 4To clear a form's responses, use Delete all submissions and type "delete" to confirm — this can't be undone.
06ANALYTICS

Analytics

Per-form performance, with a focus on where respondents drop off — completion rate for every individual field.

How to use it

  1. 1Go to Analytics and pick a form.
  2. 2Check the overview card for headline numbers, and the Form Status badge for draft/published state.
  3. 3Scroll to the per-field breakdown — each field shows a completion-rate bar (answered ÷ total submissions) and whether it's Required or Optional, so you can see exactly which fields people skip.
07INTEGRATIONS & AUTOMATION

Integrations & automation

Route every submission to the tools you already use — Google Sheets, Slack, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Zapier, n8n, or your own endpoint via webhooks.

How to use it

  1. 1Open a form's Integrations tab (or the dashboard-level Integrations page) to see what's connected and what's available.
  2. 2Click Connect on an integration, authorize it, and map fields (e.g. spreadsheet columns, CRM properties, audience/list) as prompted.
  3. 3For anything without a native integration, add your own HTTP endpoint under Webhook URL — OneForm POSTs a JSON payload of the submission the moment it comes in.
  4. 4Google Calendar, Airtable and Salesforce are on the roadmap (not built yet) — a webhook can bridge to any of them today.

08GOOGLE SHEETS

Google Sheets

OneForm's most-used integration — appends every new submission as a row in a spreadsheet you choose, and can backfill history.

How to use it

  1. 1From Integrations, choose Google Sheets and click Connect, then sign in with the Google account that owns the spreadsheet.
  2. 2Pick the spreadsheet and sheet/tab, then map form fields to columns.
  3. 3Save — new submissions sync automatically from that point on; use "Sync all data" to backfill submissions that came in before you connected.
  4. 4If sync shows an error (commonly an expired token), use "Reconnect Google account" on the integration card to re-authorize.
09BILLING & PLANS

Billing & plans

Free, Team, Business and Enterprise plans, each with monthly or yearly billing, plus usage tracking and optional messaging add-ons.

How to use it

  1. 1Open Billing to see your current plan, forms/submissions usage against your limit, and the Available Plans grid.
  2. 2Toggle Monthly/Yearly on the plans grid — yearly is billed at 10 months' price for 12 months of service.
  3. 3SMS/WhatsApp notifications are billed separately as a per-message add-on — enable it from the Messaging add-ons card and set a notify phone number.
  4. 4Your subscription itself is managed from the shared OneOS billing portal, linked from the Current Subscription card.
10TEAM

Team

Invite teammates into your workspace instead of sharing a login — they get their own account scoped to your organization.

How to use it

  1. 1Go to Team and enter a teammate's email plus a role (Member or Admin), then click Send invitation.
  2. 2They sign in with that same email — Google or magic link — no separate password-setup step.
  3. 3On their first sign-in they're automatically added to your organization with the role you chose.
  4. 4Owners and admins can remove a member or revoke a pending invite at any time; the org owner can't be removed.
11SETTINGS

Settings

Your profile, email preferences, API keys, AI (ContentAI) configuration, and UPI payment collection all live here.

How to use it

  1. 1Profile — update your name, company and avatar (email is tied to your account and read-only).
  2. 2Email preferences — toggle marketing emails, product updates and security alerts independently.
  3. 3API keys — generate a key (shown once, `sk_...`) for programmatic access, and revoke old keys you no longer use.
  4. 4AI settings — enable/disable AI features and choose the model used for form generation, analytics and response messages.
  5. 5UPI payments — turn on manual UPI collection to show a "Pay via UPI" block on your published forms, with your UPI ID, payee name and a QR code image.
